Project Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop high-quality products from concept through assembly. This role is hands-on and project-driven, involving custom designs, customer collaboration, and close coordination with manufacturing. The ideal candidate enjoys owning projects, solving technical challenges, and seeing their designs come to life.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop company products and to maximize their value.
• From scratch design, modifications and customizations according to customer specifications.
• Oversee projects from design through assembly.
• Communicate with customers and vendors on any design changes, issues, or updates as required.
• Support the company expeditiously, cooperatively, and competently with technical answers and solutions.
• Work on continuous improvement of company processes and practices.
• Analysis, project management, design, documentation, verification, and validation of company products and their constituent parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2-5 years experience in mechanical engineering
• Experience with project engineering or management
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo
• Knowledge of GD&T and FEA analysis
• Experience with manufacturing and fabrication processes
• Experience with pumps, rotating machinery or fluid control systems preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fresno, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $110000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
