The Project Engineer will utilize their technical expertise and project planning skills to deliver new aero-derivative installations and aftermarket upgrade projects. This position involves collaborating with the Project Manager to execute these projects. The Project Engineer will assist with new unit sales campaigns from the proposal stage until commercial operation, providing technical guidance regarding scope, delivery, and commercial contract terms. This role requires sufficient project experience, equipment knowledge, and schedule awareness to avoid delays and mitigate risks through the planning, delivery, construction, and commissioning stages.

Work Environment
The office building is a semi-high rise with very modern and sophisticated décor. The attire is business casual to business dress, depending on meetings or client visits. Travel domestically or internationally is limited to less than 20%, as most of the scope of work can be completed from Connecticut. Schedules are flexible, with the opportunity for remote work options based on work performance after a 90-day training period. Flex time and personal time are encouraged, and work-life balance is highly valued. Employees are provided with one week of PTO and paid holidays during the contract, with occasional overtime available at a 1.5X pay rate.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $65.00/hr.
