This position is responsible for leading large capital projects, encompassing tasks such as evaluation, benefit-cost analysis, budgeting, writing specifications, initiating contracts, tracking costs, ordering equipment, and quality assurance of installations. The role also involves updating procedures and drawings. The ideal candidate should be prepared to handle challenging projects that require multi-discipline work, including civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with plant personnel, vendors, and contractors. The role demands sufficient technical and engineering knowledge to assist system owners in their daily responsibilities, coordinate projects during unit outages, manage project budgets, develop long-term maintenance strategies, and provide technical support to the plant.

Work Environment
This role is based onsite at an Plant in Wilsonville. The position requires physical capability to work in an industrial plant environment and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
