Product Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Product Engineer to support our value streams by serving as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all technical and product-related questions. The role involves supporting Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) on parts, managing complex Bills of Materials (BOMs), and driving process and cost improvements across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for technical and product questions.
• Support PPAP and APQP on parts.
• Build and manage multiple complex BOMs with over 600 pieces.
• Project manage value streams to drive process and cost improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
Essential Skills
• Experience in mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of PPAP and APQP processes.
• Proficiency in process development and engineering change management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong skills in product engineering and project management.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
