The Process Sustaining Engineering Technician supports manufacturing operations through hands-on troubleshooting, equipment support, and process improvement activities. This role requires strong electromechanical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment. Technicians are responsible for identifying and resolving equipment issues, supporting process stability, and ensuring accurate documentation of all work performed. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing production needs.

Engineering Techs require strong demonstrated experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing. All candidates should be comfortable managing multiple conflicting priorities, adapting to rapid priority changes, and working in a fast-paced environment. Strong documentation skills are required, and candidates must be able to create and maintain accurate records in a regulated manufacturing environment. Travel may be required between sites as needed.

Entry-level candidates can be trained, but prior experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing is beneficial. Engineer Techs require strong demonstrated experience in these areas. All candidates should be comfortable managing multiple conflicting priorities and be adaptable to rapid priority changes. Strong documentation skills are required. Candidates must be comfortable creating and maintaining accurate records in a regulated manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.64/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Carlsbad, CA.
