We are seeking a process engineer with expertise in milling operations, particularly in ceramics, dry metal powder, and sintered metals. The ideal candidate will have experience in processing and operations with metal powders and non-metal materials. This role involves process development, design, and implementation in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee milling operations, including tumble and jet milling processes.
• Understand and manage material properties and quality from the strip cast loader to the end of jet milling.
• Develop and implement processes for ceramics and dry metal powder operations.
• Conduct thermal analysis and apply heat treatment techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovations.

Essential Skills:

• Expertise in milling operations and process engineering.
• Experience with ceramics, dry metal powder, and sintered metals.
• Proficiency in process development, design, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of material properties and quality control.
• Ability to conduct thermal analysis and apply heat treatment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in handling various metal and non-metal materials.
• Familiarity with the latest technologies in milling and material processing.

Work Environment:

Join us in our state-of-the-art sintered neo magnet manufacturing facility in Stillwater, OK, which is set to go commercial by 2026. At full capacity, this facility will produce nearly 5,000 metric tons of magnets annually, serving various fast-growing industries such as defense, robotics, electric vehicles, and more. Our Innovations Lab will be operational in early 2025, with customer prototyping expected to begin in the second quarter. Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Stillwater, OK.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Benefits are fully available.
