Responsibilities:
Develop clear, detailed work instructions for electrical rough-in, panel installation, conduit routing, circuit pulling, and final testing procedures.
Capture processes through annotated photos and step-by-step documentation based on mechanical drawings and wiring schematics.
Collaborate with technical consultants and internal teams to ensure the accuracy and usability of instructions.
Support the development of carpentry instructions, including rough and finish carpentry.
Interpret and document processes involving 3-phase and 4-phase power systems, low-voltage systems such as 12V relay bases, and standard 120V panels and data/communication systems.
Essential Skills:
Experience in creating robust work instructions in a technical or industrial setting.
Familiarity with electrical systems, including reading schematics and wiring diagrams.
Ability to work with low-voltage and standard residential/commercial electrical systems.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and working with tablets and basic computer systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate technical processes into clear documentation.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $53.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
