Process Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing and LEAN methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ISO 9001 standards and mechanical inclinations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procedures for pulling and labeling materials.
• Oversee the process of unit building and component assembly.
• Create and maintain packaging standards and labeling to ensure compliance.
• Document and improve process flow and workflow through detailed work instructions and process flow diagrams.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with ISO 9001 standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in LEAN methodologies such as 8D, 8 Waste, Time Studies, 5S, One Piece Flow, and Kaizen.
• Ability to create and document process flow diagrams and work instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Understanding of fabrication, including cables and wiring.
• Experience with process improvement and manufacturing engineering.

Work Environment:

The role is based in an assembly manufacturing environment and may require up to 20% travel. The position involves working closely with manufacturing teams to enhance process efficiency and ensure high-quality standards.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
