The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing new machining processes for programs entering the plant and programming CNC lathes. This role focuses on the creation, optimization, and implementation of CNC programs for multi-axis Swiss-style lathes, requiring a deep understanding of precision machining principles and the ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings. The engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the production team, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. The role involves reporting to the Engineering Manager and working within a team of four other engineers. The typical working hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with some flexibility for earlier start times. Engineers currently average 45-hour work weeks. The team works primarily with the aerospace and hydraulics divisions, serving major customers like Parker Hannifin, Stratoflex, and Triple Inc. The company specializes in producing high-quality precision components for various industries, including Aerospace, Medical, Agricultural, and Automotive. Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $60.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
