Process Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and LEAN methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ISO 9001 standards and mechanical inclinations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing procedures for pulling and labeling materials, overseeing the process of unit building and component assembly, creating and maintaining packaging standards and labeling to ensure compliance, and documenting and improving process flow and workflow through detailed work instructions and process flow diagrams.

Essential Skills include experience with ISO 9001 standards, mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in LEAN methodologies such as 8D, 8 Waste, Time Studies, 5S, One Piece Flow, and Kaizen. Additional Skills & Qualifications include understanding of fabrication, including cables and wiring, and experience with process improvement and manufacturing engineering.

The role is based in an assembly manufacturing environment and may require up to 20% travel. The position involves working closely with manufacturing teams to enhance process efficiency and ensure high-quality standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX. The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
