What You'll Do

As a Process Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, leading initiatives that:

• Design & Optimize: Develop and refine manufacturing processes that boost efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate product quality.
• Innovate for Impact: Implement sustainable solutions that reduce costs and support long-term profitability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet ambitious performance goals.
• Lead Improvements: Apply advanced problem-solving and data analysis to continuously improve operations and outcomes.

What You Bring

• Experience & Expertise:
  • 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing
  • Strong background in process and mechanical engineering
  • Proficiency in NX CAD, GD&T, and process improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of plating, heat treat, inspection, and fixturing processes
• Skills That Set You Apart:
  • Advanced analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree or higher in engineering or related field preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
