Operations Engineer - Medical Device

Industrial Engineer

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for deploying and maturing the existing Operational Excellence (OpEx) Framework within the local manufacturing facility. The role focuses on delivering improvements in cost, quality, service, and people.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and mature the existing OpEx Framework within the manufacturing facility.
• Deliver improvements in cost, quality, service, and people.
• Collaborate with the global OpEx team to ensure alignment and success in projects.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in industrial engineering.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
• Possession of a Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• 6+ years of experience in industrial, process, or manufacturing engineering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Training or certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Leadership experience, particularly in the medical device industry.

Work Environment

The role involves working closely with the global OpEx team and requires being onsite at least four days a week.

This is a permanent position based out of Lakewood, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
