About the Role: We are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead HVAC and plumbing design projects across diverse sectors, including municipal, educational, medical, federal, and private markets. This role combines technical design expertise with project management and client engagement.

Salary range: $90,000–$120,000 annually.
Biannual bonus opportunities.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $90,000–$120,000/yr.
Health Insurance: 100% coverage for the employee. You can add dependents at your own cost.

Life Insurance: $25,000 coverage provided. Additional coverage available at your cost.
Sick Leave: 5 days annually, non-cumulative.
Vacation: 80 hours annually, renewed on your anniversary date.

Bonuses: Offered based on company performance. Bonuses have been given every year except during the 2009 recession and 2020 due to shutdowns.
Holiday Closure: Office closes between Christmas and New Year's, providing about one additional week of paid vacation.

Education and Development: 100% coverage for external education, certifications, and other training.
Travel Reimbursement: Monthly reimbursement for Project Managers, depending on the amount of travel.
