This position focuses on designing and manufacturing automated equipment for a variety of industries and general consumer products. The role involves creating mechanical designs that meet the technical, project cost, and schedule criteria of various projects. The Mechanical Engineer II will lead projects through the design phase and act as the primary technical contact internally and externally throughout manufacturing, assembly, debugging, final acceptance, and service.

Work Environment
This role involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with high-volume and short-duration projects, typically ranging from 6 to 10 weeks. The work setting includes both office and cubicle environments, with occasional floor visits required for machine troubleshooting. The position reports to a Principal Engineer and includes managing a team of 3-5 reports. The team fosters a close-knit and relaxed atmosphere, offering good benefits and typically half days on Fridays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
