Solidworks Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain SolidWorks models aligned with automation standards.
  • Manage models within SolidWorks PDM, including revisions and file organization.
  • Ensure smooth operation of VBA-driven automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with ERP and CPQ systems to align engineering automation with business processes.
  • Optimize model performance and troubleshoot automation issues.
  • Document modeling standards and maintain consistency across projects.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Required: 3+ years of SolidWorks modeling experience in parametric or automated environments.
  • Strong understanding of configurations, design tables, and structured modeling.
  • Experience with SolidWorks PDM.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor Syteline preferred) and CPQ tools.
  • Basic understanding of VBA-driven automation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: Background in industrial equipment or similar manufacturing environments.
  • Experience optimizing model performance and managing large assemblies.
  • Exposure to automation scripting logic and data management practices.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
