Work Environment
The role operates in a combination of office and manufacturing settings. The office features half-wall cubicles that create an open, collaborative atmosphere where engineers can easily communicate and share ideas. The manufacturing floor environment can be loud and dirty due to active sheet metal work and welding operations, requiring comfort working around industrial processes and equipment. The engineering team typically wears jeans and a polo or t-shirt along with steel-to-e footwear to align with safety and practical needs on the shop floor.
