We are seeking a dedicated Design Engineer to assist in the design, manufacture, assembly, and evaluation of mechanical and electro-mechanical devices, machinery, and systems. This role involves providing engineering support in design activities and modifications of mechanical systems and assemblies. You will be responsible for releasing designs in accordance with standards to meet customer and production demands.
Assist in the design, manufacture, assembly, and evaluation of mechanical and electro-mechanical devices, machinery, and systems.
Provide engineering support in design activities and modifications of mechanical systems and assemblies.
Release designs on time to meet customer and production demands.
Mechanical design skills with sheet metal experience.
Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D modeling and drafting.
Experience in product design and development.
Familiarity with mechanical engineering drawings and bill of materials (BOM).
Ability to design and model parts and assemblies from basic conceptual information.
Experience in working with stainless steel and designing production equipment.
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with 2-5 years of experience.
Laser cutting experience.
Knowledge of K-Factors and C Channel designs.
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
