This candidate will be responsible for overseeing designs and managing assigned project teams for their clients on Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, Commercial Projects 10+ in the Mechanical Industry. Must be proficient and be able to use Revit and understand AutoCAD and Bluebeam as their clients will use this. 5+ years within construction industry.

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr. 401k, bonus, ability to lead practice, profit sharing, managing team

Workplace Type: This is a hybrid position in Seattle, WA.
