Under direct supervision, this role supports manufacturing with projects related to continuous improvement, focusing on quality, productivity, cost reductions, standardization, and safety. The position involves developing and maintaining assembly instructions, using Pro-Engineer and MS Visio, and implementing procedures and work instructions. You will interface with production operators, technicians, and engineers to establish product standards and methods for assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging. Additionally, you will interpret technical documentation for product manufacturing, including schematics, engineering drawings, customer specifications, and military standards. Competency in the design and evaluation of tooling, fixturing, and gauging is required. 90% of the job will be on the production floor, assisting in rolling out two new 'hybrid' products.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
