Provide guidance on technical practices and standards.
Create and improve step-by-step work instructions.
Find better ways to build products using updated tools, materials, and methods.
Lead problem-solving efforts and help teams find and fix root causes.
Run improvement projects that make production more efficient.
Look for ways to reduce waste and improve quality, speed, and cost.
Promote safe working habits and ensure safety standards are followed.
Take on other tasks as needed.
Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Business knowledge or training is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in a hands-on production or factory setting.
Strong problem-solving and project execution skills.
Familiarity with how parts move through production, especially metal components.
Ability to lead teams and run meetings effectively.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Experience using structured methods to improve processes is a bonus.
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.27/hr.
