The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for overseeing the activities related to the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products. This role ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce quality products at minimum costs. The engineer will develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes in the manufacture and fabrication of parts, including estimating manufacturing costs, time standards, and recommending tooling and process requirements. Acting as a liaison with internal and external customers for new product releases, the engineer will participate in the selection, development, and evaluation of personnel to ensure efficient operations.

The company comprises six purpose-built centers of excellence throughout the USA and Mexico, each strategically focused on serving specific markets across aerospace engines and airframes, as well as munitions, radomes, antennas, and fuel containment.
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
