Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities
- Engage shop floor personnel and engineers on process improvements.
- Understand and control process inputs and outputs.
- Design processes to ensure quality and standardization.
- Evaluate quality control processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assess manufacturing design and processes to recommend enhancements.
- Develop and optimize processes by designing and implementing manufacturing systems, optimizing workflows, and reducing waste and costs.
- Select, design, install, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
- Troubleshoot production line issues and recommend and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production staff.
Job Type & Location
This is a contract to hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
