 
                                                
                                            There are five Pratt and Whitney sites across Lansing and Holt. This manufacturing engineer will be working in Plant 5, which is the Holt location. At this site, they are mostly OEM assembly (product example: fan blade) and composite bonding. They will work on a team of three other engineers. Most of their time will be spent on the floor being hands on—troubleshooting equipment, analyzing defects and data, coming up with and executing corrective actions, and writing work instructions. They will assist in day-to-day operations and focus on lean values, continuous improvement, and root cause corrective action.

Pay and benefits:
The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $64.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
