Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to implement, maintain, and improve current manufacturing processes. This role aims to optimize quality, productivity, and cost performance by managing equipment, documentation, training, gages, and tooling/fixtures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance of process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields, or product quality issues.
- Interface with Quality and Engineering Departments to resolve manufacturing production issues.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to review top downtime events of underperforming equipment to improve uptime and longevity of components through root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Provide leadership to project teams, mentor and lead other engineers and technical staff.
- Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
- Evaluate, create, and improve manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
- Develop technical training and documentation for manufacturing new and existing products.
- Plan, specify, select, validate, and implement new equipment, processes, and facilities in manufacturing.
- Assist in maintaining ISO Quality Standards plant-wide.
- Engage with appropriate personnel in the identification and resolution of corrective/preventive actions to address safety, quality, technical, and manufacturing issues.
Essential Skills
- Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience with IQMS or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred.
- Experience evaluating, performing root cause analysis, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Experience using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, or related software.
- Knowledge of ISO13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR part 820 (CGMP).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Ability to communicate and interact professionally with all levels of personnel.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
