Job Description:

Gather data, implement, and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients based on physician's orders and the Nursing Care Plan.
Document data on the appropriate record.
Facilitate patient teaching and implement discharge planning.

Qualification:

3+ months of experience working as LPN is mandatory
LPN license from the state of OK is mandatory

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
