Lead cross-functional teams through the design, integration, and validation of complex systems and subsystems.
Own the engineering process—from requirements development to MBSE work products.
Develop subsystem requirements using DOORS, Cameo, and other tools for both production and IR&D projects.
Ensure compliance with subsystem specifications and stakeholder expectations.
Drive technical excellence in Size, Weight, Power, Cooling, Reliability, and more.
Maintain traceability to customer requirements and internal standards.
Support system integration and validation under diverse operational conditions.
Facilitate Design Maturity Reviews (DMRs) and assess subsystem risk levels.
Act as a technical liaison with clients, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors.
Champion MBSE practices and systems engineering fundamentals.
Document and communicate technical insights through reports and specifications.
Contribute to strategic planning via the System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
Capture lessons learned to continuously improve engineering processes.
Collaborate with design teams to develop subsystem design descriptions.
Lead key engineering milestones including SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, TPM, and CDRLs.
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.50/hr.
This is a fully onsite position in London, ON.
