Test all experimental formulations. Prepare chemical solutions for use in processing materials, following standardized formulas or experimental procedures. Prepare and test customer samples. Maintain organization throughout the lab for all experimental and customer sample formulations. Maintain a high level of competence with all test equipment. Helped maintain all test equipment in proper working condition. Data Entry for the development of material and other projects. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard Complies with laboratory safety and environmental protection policies and procedures for handling and disposal of the different chemicals. Execute lab test batches and color matching, keeping records in laboratory notebook and project files according to applicable SOP.

Test all materials as assigned before shipment. Completes and maintains QC test sheets for all products tested in a neat manner. Sets daily plan for optimal use of testing equipment. Prepares ASTM slabs. Set daily plan based on the manufacturing backlog. Release material that has passed testing. Maintain customer cert files. Prepares Certificates of Analysis
