In this role, the consultant will be responsible on working substantiation projects for repairs and inspection manual for engines. Once a project comes in, they will define it, present it to the engineers and to other Repair Engineers whom are responsible of entering the changes in the manuals. The projects can either come to him, or he will be responsible to go and get his own projects. They can manage multiple projects at the same time. To determine the solution they will also be responsible to analyze a lot of technical data.
Substantiation projects means when they will need to do a change in the inspection or repair report, they will be needed to explain technically why those changes are correct. If the deviation are more than a one off this is where it becomes a project that needs to be tackled. Instead of doing one-off approval 5 to 10 times, they will introduce a new solution.
Top Skills:
- Bachelor in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time and showcasing great organizational skills
- Good mechanical understanding of complex parts (repairs or hands-on experience)
- 1+ year of experience
This role requires an on-site presence 5 days per week.

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $48.00/hr.
This is a fully onsite position in Longueuil,QC.
