What You'll Do

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and efficient start to their visit.
• Schedule appointments, manage prior authorizations, and coordinate follow-ups.
• Room patients, take vitals, and assist with clinical documentation in EPIC.
• Support providers with triage, patient education, and care coordination.
• Float between satellite offices to ensure consistent care across locations.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a specialty medical office; cardiology experience preferred.
• Education: Medical Assistant diploma or equivalent certification.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Technology: Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EPIC).
• Other: Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between offices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
