Healthcare Support - Patient Access Navigator
Join our team as a Patient Access Navigator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting patient access to healthcare services. You will be responsible for confirming and scheduling appointments across all medical clinics, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities
- Confirm and schedule appointments for all medical clinics.
- Maintain superior customer service with patients, vendors, and coworkers.
- Confirm appointments and handle data entry tasks.
- Update patient information accurately.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Essential Skills
- Experience in customer service and call center operations.
- Proficiency in scheduling and appointment management.
- Understanding of healthcare and patient care processes.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Familiarity with electronic health records.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in healthcare.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical or dental assisting diploma or CNA license preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
