Customer Support Specialist

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via ticketing system.

Troubleshoot login issues and escalate complex cases as needed.

Assist hospital staff with navigating workflows within the platform.

Provide guidance on best practices for case management and scheduling.

Understand medical terminology in order to communicate with hospital systems.

Understand the workflows of Sterile Processing Departments (SPD) and Operating Rooms (OR) to better assist customers.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team.

1–2 years of experience in customer service in a healthcare setting.

Familiarity with medical terminology and processes.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
