Runner

As a Runner, you will be responsible for transporting clinical samples and related materials to and from clinical departments within the hospital. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderly condition of the Pharmacy and Lab departments. Your duties will include transporting samples to nursing units or clinical departments by hand or via the pneumatic tube system, as well as collecting lab samples from the Pharmacy and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Transport samples and related materials to and from clinical departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Pharmacy and Lab departments.
• Deliver samples to nursing units or clinical departments.
• Collect lab samples from the Pharmacy and other departments.

Essential Skills

• Experience in a healthcare or lab environment.
• Ability to transport samples throughout the hospital.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Customer service orientation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Interest in working in the Healthcare field.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Palo Alto, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
