FPGA Test/Verification Engineer

As an FPGA Test/Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing an existing automated test framework. You will write and execute test cases to ensure requirement validation and analyze test results to report findings and debug defects. Additionally, you will proactively identify any missing or incomplete elements within the testing process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve an existing automated test framework.
• Write and execute test cases to fulfill requirement validation.
• Analyze test results and report findings.
• Debug defects and proactively identify missing or incomplete testing elements.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in C++ and Python for test development.
• Strong knowledge of software testing principles.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Google Test.
• Experience with firmware and software validation and testing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with Bazel.
• Experience in the development or testing of large FPGA designs.
• Knowledge of Linux PCIe device drivers.

Work Environment

This position is located on-site in Pittsburgh with a hybrid schedule that requires three days in the office each week. The role is not available as a fully remote position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
