We are seeking a Field Service Technician with experience in building controls or building automation. This role involves working with an aftermarket team to provide services post-installation of products, solving complex system problems, and potentially leading others in these efforts. The technician will communicate with clients to address issues and work with them to troubleshoot problems, as well as schedule and implement necessary modifications. This role also includes providing additional services or maintenance recommendations to clients.

Work Environment
The position is based in the Twin Cities area, with the main office located in St. Paul. The role involves frequent travel to different client sites, with a significant amount of time spent interacting with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Comfort with client interaction and being onsite is essential. The position offers opportunities for growth within a large company known for its projects in hospitals, data centers, and schools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
