We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in Cheyenne, WY. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting customer systems that utilize Direct Digital Control (DDC) technology. You will serve as the local technical contact, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Install and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using DDC technology
Commission and validate equipment to ensure proper operation
Verify field devices and system functionality using a laptop and diagnostic tools
Collaborate with engineers during system startup and commissioning
Follow and update drawing packages as needed
Set up workstations with required software and configurations
Communicate project updates and timelines with the project manager
Travel to client sites for service and support
Troubleshoot issues during startup and ongoing maintenance
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience with commissioning and validation of equipment
Familiarity with HVAC systems and building automation
Experience in data centers or field service environments
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and multimeter usage
Installation and validation experience
Exposure to building automation systems
Work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM at the Cheyenne, WY site
Team structure: 1 Project Manager and 4 Technicians per team; 30 employees total
Collaborative and hands-on technical environment
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $46.00/hr.
