The Field Service Engineer will focus on the installation, maintenance, optimization, and development of wet etching equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing. With a strong emphasis on safety and quality, this role supports the production of high-quality semiconductor components by ensuring that wet etch tools operate reliably, efficiently, and at peak performance. The engineer will work hands-on in a clean room environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex equipment issues, implement process improvements, and drive higher yield and equipment availability. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys in-depth technical work, values collaboration, and is eager to engage with advanced technologies including AI, automation, and data analysis.

Work Environment
The role is based in a semiconductor clean room environment designed for safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. You will work directly with advanced wet etch tools, including TEL wet tool platforms and single-wafer systems, as well as other semiconductor manufacturing equipment that leverages AI, automation, and data analysis. The position follows a compressed shift schedule with 12-hour shifts. Available schedules include: (1) Sunday to Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Front Half); (2) Tuesday to Saturday, plus every other Wednesday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; (3) Sunday to Tuesday, plus every other Wednesday, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; and (4) Tuesday to Saturday, plus every other Wednesday, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. You will work as part of supportive, cross-functional teams in a culture that emphasizes innovation, safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with access to modern tools, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
