Join a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing lab automation systems. Your role will involve updating and calibrating new lab machines, addressing issues through a ticket queue, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve equipment problems. You will also participate in continuous improvement projects with engineering and production teams, document standard operating procedures, and manage equipment costs and project budgets. Additionally, you will prepare equipment for seasonal ramp-ups as part of a team.
The role operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. While you will have a cubicle, you will frequently work on the floor or in the lab with equipment, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This is a Contract position based out of Johnston, Iowa.
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
