The Field Service Engineer will help us to assess, troubleshoot, fix, and or reprogram any of our Tire Machines that are in the field at customer sites around the world. They need to be able to read the logic on our machine, and adjust it mechanically and or electrically to fit the logic. They will be apart of a Global Field Service team of around 80 engineers. This individual needs to be willing to travel 150-200 days a year. The recommended travel schedule is to be in the field 4-6 weeks at a time with 2 weeks off right after. Daily duties will include: The Mechatronics Field Service engineer will be expected to: Do Machine inspections with Maintenance Management tools and report status of the machine. Advise service coordinator about possible upgrades and retrofits. Help improve our Maintenance Management Tools. Maintain the equipment and train the customer on how to maintain the equipment. Provide Training to customer using documentation provided by us. Train yourself by helping build and test new equipment at the our factory. Install the equipment/upgrades in the field to make sure you keep up to date with new developments. Be available to visit the customer in case remote service fails.

Relevant Engineering Degree Electrical, Mechanical, computer science, automation, controls, or Electrical Certification At least 3 years of experience in industrial automation Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens is a requirement), servo systems and HMI's Good organizational skills The willingness to travel internationally 150 to 200 days a year

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Will send Bennefits during interview process.
