We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to perform corrective and preventative maintenance on building systems and lab equipment. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across the facility, maintaining GMP documentation using CMMS software, and supporting off-hours emergency repairs and on-call duties. The Facilities Engineer will supervise external vendors and inspect completed work while operating and monitoring building automation systems, including BMS, EMS, and PLCs.
The Facilities Technician will work in a state-of-the-art lentiviral vector manufacturing facility located in Louisville, CO. This is an on-site, hands-on position requiring daily presence at the facility. The environment is collaborative, emphasizing teamwork across departments and valuing diverse perspectives. The facility operates under strict cGMP guidelines, ensuring safety and quality. The role demands the use of PPE, including gloves, protective clothing, and safety glasses. Physical activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 lbs are involved. Dynamic operations require the technician to support both routine and emergency maintenance, with on-call availability. This position is based out of Louisville, Colorado.
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
