Environmental Test Engineer

Environmental Test Engineer

Execute environmental testing activities including thermal vacuum, vibration, and shock testing on hardware at the component, subsystem, and system levels.

Plan and coordinate test schedules and logistics in collaboration with internal engineering teams and external test facilities.

Interface with and oversee third-party environmental test vendors during off-site test campaigns.

Support test article instrumentation.

Review, analyze, and interpret test data, providing clear feedback and recommendations to design and manufacturing stakeholders.

Own the operation, upkeep, and continuous readiness of in-house environmental test equipment while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements.

Lead failure investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action efforts related to test anomalies or nonconformances.

Drive continuous improvement of environmental test processes, procedures, and documentation.

Act as a technical authority for environmental testing methods, equipment, and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Health / Dental / Vision / PTO / HOL - Salary + Stipend (1K a month) - Room and board for 3 months - RSUs (Stock) - Relocation
