We are seeking an Engineering Test Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves conducting performance testing on air filtration systems and similar products, building and modifying prototypes, and adhering to military-grade and industry quality standards. The position requires maintaining test lab equipment and supplies while collaborating with the engineering team on various projects.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct performance testing for air filtration systems and similar products
• Build and modify prototypes for filters and cleaners
• Adhere to military-grade and industry quality standards required to take a product to market
• Maintain test lab equipment and order necessary supplies
• Collaborate with engineering team on upcoming projects and inputs on design

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands on experience in a production or technical manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning
• Strong communication and organizational skills; collecting data
• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or Certification in a Technical field

Nice to Have

• Engine testing experience
• Fluid dynamics experience
• Hydraulics or pneumatics experience
• CAD experience (SolidWorks)
• ERP or MRP experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
