Test Technician

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to conduct testing and evaluation of product prototypes to various company and national standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate completion and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail to prepare complete records of tests conducted, procedures used, and testing results, reporting any unusual results that may affect test outcomes.
- Utilize knowledge and experience in the safe operation of laboratory equipment and adherence to ISO procedures.
- Participate in laboratory and equipment maintenance and calibration tasks in accordance with laboratory policy.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in testing, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with programming and the use of hand tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and report writing skills.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft.
Work Environment
This position is located in the testing lab.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Kohler, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
