Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to coordinate the installation and run-off of equipment, participate in process development, and assist in the completion of project acceptance documentation. The role involves developing 'Request for Quotation' documents and participating in the equipment purchasing and selection process, ensuring compliance with OSHA/NEC/NFPA and other regulatory requirements. You will also be part of activities to specify and implement appropriate plant utility equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the installation and run-off of equipment.
• Participate in process development to resolve problems.
• Assist in the completion of project acceptance documentation.
• Develop 'Request for Quotation' documents and participate in equipment purchasing and selection.
• Apply knowledge of regulatory requirements throughout equipment specification, purchasing, and installation stages.
• Participate in activities to specify and implement appropriate plant utility equipment.

Essential Skills:

• Manufacturing engineering
• PLC programming
• Mechanical engineering
• Process engineering
• Project management
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Knowledge of OSHA/NEC/NFPA
• BS/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field
• Experience in construction projects or equipment installation projects
• Proficiency in MS Office

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Facilities engineering/design experience preferred
• Knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other utility systems and equipment

Work Environment:

The work environment includes a facility that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
