Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to coordinate the installation and run-off of equipment, develop process solutions, and assist in project acceptance documentation. This role involves developing 'Request for Quotation' documents, participating in equipment purchasing, and applying regulatory knowledge throughout various project stages. Additionally, the Engineering Project Manager will specify and implement appropriate plant utility equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the installation and run-off of equipment.
• Participate in process development to resolve problems.
• Assist in completing project acceptance documentation.
• Develop 'Request for Quotation' documents and participate in equipment purchasing and selection based on thorough comparison of features, cost, and timing.
• Apply knowledge of OSHA/NEC/NFPA and other regulatory requirements during equipment specification, purchasing, and installation.
• Specify and implement appropriate plant utility equipment.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing engineering, PLC programming, mechanical engineering, process engineering, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, process improvement, PLC, metal forming, and hydraulics.
• Understanding of automotive manufacturing and project management.
• Knowledge of OSHA, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• BS/BA in engineering, building science, or a relevant field.
• Experience with construction or equipment installation projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD or other computer-aided design tools.
• 5-10 years of experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Facilities engineering or design experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other utility systems and equipment.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Paris, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Attractive benefit package that includes excellent Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance, 401k, Company Paid Life, STD, LTD, Uniforms, etc.
