Product Design Engineer
Responsible for leading and implementing product design initiatives from the Electrical/Electronic/Control System discipline in a fast paced, innovation-centric environment. This also includes providing system analysis of customer applications and root cause analysis of product and customer system issues.
Job Responsibilities
New Product Development Projects Capabilities Required
- Perform Feasibility Analysis of NPD projects.
- Perform System Design of New Products.
- Assemble Multi-Disciplined Development Team.
- Lead Assembled Project Development Team. Be Responsible for Entire Program, all Aspects.
- Interface with internal Customers (Production, Quality, Procurement) to Drive Program Requirements.
- Establish, Track, and Drive Program Schedule and Cost.
- Report Program Status Clearly and Concisely to Customers and Sr. Management.
- Be Able to Motivate Development Team i.e. Long Hours on Late Programs
- Transition New Products to Production Efficiently.
- Assist is Initial Product Builds.
- Establish Personal Time Management System.
- Display a professional demeanor and dress when representing Bel to Customers and Suppliers.
- Mentor Engineers and Technicians.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
