The Electrical Engineering Manager leads engineering team in designing, maintaining and new product development of electrical switchgear systems for power distribution and industrial applications. Manage team of engineers and technicians. Collaborate with Sales, production and stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines. Ensure switchgear designs are in compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEC standards. Interact with electrical distributors on witness tests, design schematics point to point drawings to meet application requirements. Serve as primary contact for customers as technical liaison in all aspects of product application, performance, and compliance to specifications and solutions to complex customer problems.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00/yr.
