Electrical Engineering Technician
This role focuses on the electrical wiring and mechanical assembly of medical worktables, sinks, and related equipment operating primarily at 120V and occasionally 240V. You will work from blueprints and wiring diagrams to assemble systems that often integrate pumps, ultrasonic devices, disposers, and custom control systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical systems using blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Integrate pumps, ultrasonic devices, disposers, and custom control systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Focus on both high-voltage and low-voltage control systems, including power supplies, relays, sensors, displays, and programmable components.
- Support development, review, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Provide remote support for customers via phone or video for technical troubleshooting.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in electrical assembly, preferably in manufacturing, service, or medical equipment industries.
- Proficiency in using a multimeter and other basic electrical diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Experience with 120V and 240V wiring, as well as low-voltage control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Good verbal communication and ability to work independently or with a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology Institution.
- Experience with ETL, hi-pot testing, electrical safety protocols.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Experience as a field service technician is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
