Electrical Engineering Technician

A 6-month contract opportunity is available for an Electrical Engineering Technician to support electronics assembly, soldering, and testing for advanced aerospace hardware. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in RF systems and precision electronic work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electronics soldering, assembly, and testing
• Read and interpret schematics for RF systems
• Conduct surface mount soldering under a microscope
• Build and test multi-wire cable harnesses
• Operate test equipment including vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and digital multimeters

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in soldering, including surface mount techniques
• Experience using a wide range of electronic test equipment
• Ability to work with complex electronic systems and schematics

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Certifications such as J-STD-001, IPC-6018, or IPC-6010
• Previous experience in the aerospace industry

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
