Electrical Engineer

An established civil/environmental engineering and surveying firm in is looking to add an Electrical Engineer to their team! Please note - this individual can sit out of the firm's office in Oak Brook, St. Charles, or Lake Geneva, WI.

Job Description:

• Developing the basis of design and coordination of electrical elements in support of process design
• Responsible for the preparation of drawings and specifications, as well as support of construction phase services
• Provide electrical engineering support for a wide range of infrastructure projects serving the municipal sector (water and waste water treatment facilities, including physical buildings)

Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience
• EIT, eligible to sit for the PE
• Expertise with low and medium voltage industrial distribution
• Expertise in preparation of electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and single line drawings
• Experience in the preparation procurement specifications for electrical distributions and controls equipment
• Must have experience within building design, waste water treatment facilities, transportation, or manufacturing facility projects

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Brook, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
