Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and commission crane control systems for electric overhead cranes and portal cranes.
• Perform engineering tasks using established procedures, including component selection, schematic design, system layout, automation control programming, and system documentation.
• Select appropriate electrical hardware and control components to meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Generate system architecture and automation network drawings using tools such as AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot automation and control programs, including PLC programming for crane control applications.
• Plan and schedule projects, ensuring design execution aligns with project timelines and performance to budget from inquiry through start-up.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
